Content you create: wishlists, wish items, notes, links, uploaded images, follows, reservations, shares, and other content or actions you choose to create in WishDeck.
Basic usage and technical information: things like your browser or device type, pages viewed, referring pages, timestamps, approximate region, and similar technical data that helps us run and improve the service, including IP address when needed for security and operations.
Cookies and similar technologies: cookies or local storage used for sign-in, security, preferences, private-media access, and analytics settings.

Create and manage accounts, profiles, wishlists, uploads, and sharing features.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for personalized advertising.

When We Share Information

Service providers: cloud hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, and similar vendors that help us run the service.
Public or shared content: if you make a profile, wishlist, or other content public or share a link, that content can be viewed by the people you share it with or by the public if the page is public.
Third-party platforms you choose to use: if you share content to services such as TikTok or Instagram, the transfer happens because you chose to initiate it.
Legal and safety reasons: when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights, or the service.

Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies and similar storage for authentication, security, preferences, and private-media access. We also use the following analytics services:

Google Analytics: Activated only if you provide consent. We use it to analyze website usage to improve functionality. Google Analytics may collect information such as browser details, pages visited, time spent on the website, and general location data. This data is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
Plausible Analytics: A privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that collects only aggregated, non-personally identifiable data. It does not require consent because it does not track you personally or store cookies on your device.

You can manage analytics consent through our consent banner and privacy settings. If you do not consent to Google Analytics, its cookies will not be set.

Our website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Some product links on WishDeck may be affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission. This does not change the price you pay.

Third-Party Integrations and Content Sharing

WishDeck allows users to share their wishlist collages and other content directly to third-party platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Stories. When a user chooses to share content, WishDeck generates the media file and passes it to the selected platform using that platform's official sharing tools (e.g., TikTok Share Kit, Instagram Stories sharing).

WishDeck does not access, collect, or store any personal data from TikTok or Instagram accounts. We do not receive login credentials, follower information, or profile data. All interactions occur only after the user voluntarily chooses to share content from WishDeck to a third-party service.

Use of these third-party features is governed by the privacy policies of those respective platforms. We encourage users to review TikTok's and Instagram's privacy policies for more information on how their data is handled by those services.

Retention and Security

We keep account, profile, wishlist, and uploaded-content data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable period, except where we need to retain limited data for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or backup purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including secure hosting environments and encrypted connections.

Your Choices

You can review and update profile information from your account settings.
You can delete your account from your profile settings.
You can manage analytics cookies through the consent banner and privacy settings.
You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and verification.

International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, including where our service providers operate. We use reasonable safeguards for these transfers where required by law.

WishDeck is a general-audience service and is not designed for children under 4 years old. If you believe a child under 4 has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review and delete it as appropriate.
